When I'm stressed I often go here: a temple in Covent Garden! There's a quiet room where you can look at some red blobs and meditation suites with PowerPoint slides with pictures of rivers on and other such like. Not a patch on a weekend in Hampshire, but a works a miracle on a hangover when you realise that instead of going for coffee you've been round the Circle Line twice and need somewhere to wee.
